Continuity and regulatory reliability need people who stand behind them. At Lucyris, the management team combines established industry expertise with a future-ready corporate structure.
Kerstin Villinger has been working in the pharmaceutical environment for 26 years. She leads the operational functions and oversees the entire end-to-end process across Pharma Labeling and Artwork Management. Her particular passion is Artwork Creation: the precise, print-ready creation and refinement of packaging materials under strict GxP conditions.
As the architect of Lucyris’ digital transformation, she develops the intelligent process and automation logic behind Lucyris systems, designed to deterministically eliminate routine errors and enable subject-matter experts to focus on the highest level of technical precision.
Torsten Villinger has been rooted in the pharmaceutical industry for almost four decades. As the founder and managing director of a specialist agency for medicine and marketing, an experienced project manager, and a developer of sophisticated training materials for Product, Sales and Leadership, he has an in-depth understanding of the requirements of both the industry and its target audiences.
At Lucyris, he is responsible for Quality Management, Finance & Controlling, Administration, as well as the IT and Information Security architecture. He ensures the regulatory and operational stability that underpins every client project.
