We clarify Braille grids, positioning and technical specifications with manufacturers and packaging sites, ensuring that regulatory requirements and technical feasibility are aligned.
Technical Specifications
We coordinate the alignment and approval of dielines and technical packaging specifications, establishing the foundation for consistent implementation across all partners involved.
Coding Specifications
We align printhead requirements, coding specifications, material numbers, codes and variable data with manufacturers and printing partners to ensure reliable implementation in production and packaging.
Print & Production Compatibility
We review printing and production requirements at an early stage and align technical specifications such as line widths, quiet zones, printing processes and production-related constraints with manufacturers and printing partners.
Technical Approval Management
We coordinate technical approvals, obtain the required information from manufacturers, and support the entire alignment and approval process through to successful implementation.
Print Approval
We verify the correct transfer of approved artwork files into prepress and review proofs for technical and content accuracy. This includes assessing colours, overprint settings, perforations, print elements, text shifts, codes and production-related requirements before packaging materials are approved for printing.
Transfer Coordination
We act as the central interface between manufacturers, packaging sites, printers, Quality, Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs, coordinating technical implementation across all parties involved.
