LABELING
The bridge between regulatory requirements and implementation.
Labeling Content Management
We manage the adaptation, maintenance, and updating of labeling content across products, markets, and languages. We implement changes in existing approved regulatory texts, maintain global and local documents, and ensure consistency, traceability, and controlled document management. Through structured processes and thorough quality controls, we guarantee the reliable delivery of labeling updates throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Change Impact Assessment
We assess the impact of planned changes on labeling, packaging, processes, systems and markets. Through structured impact assessments, we create transparency across affected areas, identify risks at an early stage and provide a sound basis for decision-making. Our clearly documented analyses support efficient planning and enable the controlled implementation of changes throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Language and Country Coordination
International labeling projects require close coordination across countries, languages and stakeholders. We coordinate the implementation of global requirements in local markets, manage collaboration with local affiliates and translation service providers, and ensure transparent tracking of all activities. Through clear communication, structured processes and consistent tracking, we ensure that local requirements are taken into account and global changes are implemented on time.
Labeling-to-Artwork Management
We create the link between regulatory texts and artwork implementation. By identifying and tracking changes on mock-ups and production artworks, we ensure that approved content is implemented completely, consistently and traceably. This provides transparency across all affected packaging components and supports the controlled and efficient implementation of labeling changes.
AI-Assisted Translation Review
We are currently evaluating the use of artificial intelligence to support translation reviews within the labeling process.
Our objective is not to use AI to create regulatory translations. Instead, we are exploring how AI can help systematically compare existing translations against approved source texts and identify potential deviations, inconsistencies or missing updates more quickly.
Expert assessment, decision-making and approval remain under human responsibility at all times. We see AI as an additional tool to support quality control, not as a replacement for expertise and regulatory understanding.
